Everyone Belongs

It’s about doing what is right and fair. It’s about giving space to every voice; making sure our workplace looks like our community; and ensuring every individual is empowered to be their truest, most authentic self.

Co-Op Program

Northeastern’s cooperative education program is one of the largest and most innovative in the world. This form of experiential learning sees students alternating between periods of academic study and work experiences in their fields of interest. Co-op is central to the College of Engineering student experience, helping to build a foundation of skills and experience so students become highly competitive candidates when they graduate and enter their full-time job search.

Cristo Rey Partnership

ClearEdge Partners supports the Cristo Rey Boston High School Corporate Work Study Program and contracts four students annually to perform entry level, clerical jobs while learning about the corporate world. The work they do offsets their tuition, helping to make Cristo Rey Boston accessible to students who otherwise could not afford a private, college-prep high school.
